Purposes of Practicum

1.      Purposes of practicum are we can learn how to be a good teacher
2.      I can train my teaching skill

Procedures of Practicum

Before I start the practicum a have to know what a subject and topic of my lesson. After that I make a lesson plan. Then, my lesson plan will be checked by my supervising instructor. They will give some correction on my lesson pan, and they give me some advice to make my lesson became good.Next, I revice the lesson plan to be the corect one. After that, I make my instructional material for my lesson, because in elementary school rarely use projector. I must make the instructional material by my self and using my creativity. If I finished make my instructional material, I keep trying to teach in front of my friends at dorm. Then I will teaching in the cas, after I finished my the teaching, my supervisor instructor will give me some evaluation and give me some suggestion. The reason why my supervisor instructor give me a evaluation is for make me to be a good teacher.

Outcomes of Practicum

When I teaching in the class my lesson doing great. Thera are no big problem, and I teach based on the lesson plan that I made before.

Overall Impression

The conclusion of my teaching practice is I enjoyed the teaching practicum. My lesson was same as my plans. I hope they are the pupils will understand what I teach to them. And I hope I can take a good thing from this practicum.

Suggestions for Future Improvement

1.      Hold the picture properly and print it in concrete material;
2.      Use words of praise if the pupils answered your questions;
3.      Give more board work activities to maximize alloted time of teaching;

Procedures of Teaching asking pupils In the beginning, I will aks pupils to do singing or doing a clap for make them enjoy in the learning, and then I will review the lesson to makae sure pupils understanding their lesson on last meeting . After that, I will give some motivation to pupils, like give them pictures or something interesting to make pupils curiously. And after that teacher will do question-answering until pupils understand and they can guess topic of lesson. The pupils will not immediately be able to guess the topic of learning, so teacher should be repeat the questions, but the questions i t should be from the others objects. Then I will ask to pupils to give some others example, if their can give others example it indicates that they have begun to understand. In the learning I will give a pray them “very good” accourding to the situation. In the end of lesson, I give a worksheet as an evaluation. Days in dormitory

Being an overseas people is a new experience for some of us. Becoming more independent is a necessity for us to not just survive but also do and become an innovator. We are very happy that seameo is present, make us more strong. How not, besides we have to get used to managing everything independently, we also have to adapt the environment quickly, whoa..  something that is quite difficult to expect in first week I arrived in the Philippines as a spoiled child like me. Observation On Teacher

Planning For Teaching The teacher before teaching in her class. She is arrange the lesson plan. What are the activities in the class as long as her teach. Preparing Lessons and Materials Teachers always preparing lesson before their teaching like preparing lesson plan, preparing materials, making materials, so when teacher teaching step by step is complete. Teacher use media learning like chart, pictures, video and that’s all is helpfull in learning. Teaching i n C lass In preparation step, teacher will ask pupils to singing or give them motivation, and after that teacher will explain and discuss about the previous lesson. Ask students about previous lesson, to check student understanding. Quick recap of past topics before start main activities. In presentation step, teacher will give pupils pictures and ask to pupils.
