Days in dormitory

Being an overseas people is a new experience for some of us. Becoming more independent is a necessity for us to not just survive but also do and become an innovator. We are very happy that seameo is present, make us more strong. How not, besides we have to get used to managing everything independently, we also have to adapt the environment quickly, whoa..  something that is quite difficult to expect in first week I arrived in the Philippines as a spoiled child like me. However, all of that is not like my expectation. I am grateful to have met with friends who ... I don't know even sentence cant describe how lucky im have them.
my beloved dorm 1
New friends, but feel like already meet for a long time. My new family is in dorm 1. From the left, let's call my sister Uni quen of dancing she dreaming to be like queen urduja, my youngest sister is Rizky our beloved spy, my sister Minerva is lovely and always sleeps early, Mama Yeni is the most concerned about our condition, my sister, Chika, who was easy to laugh, me that have shrill voice, my sister Inna who was so beautiful, my older sister, Yani our Dangdut singer, our sister Tria, who have a low sense of humor , whiny but very kind. And our another older sister Donna is good at cooking fried noodles (jokes she cant cook it even it is an easier food to cook)

Aaah mentioned them one by one, make the memories of dormitory recalled. Many, activities that we plan to solve problems in social life in dormitory. We do not set cooking schedules like most dormitories that make schedules, hihi. We, with our individual awareness, are moved to pay attention to each other, whether we are full of food supplies or not, in a healthy or sick condition.
prayer together at the dorm

We also usually pray together in the dorm. Sharing each other's knowledge and experiences every night. And even greeting our families with each other.

The most memorable place is the dining table, because that's where we learn the meaning of sharing, not only does the material even share feelings. Thanks to our beloved dorm, you are numero uno.
And all the sea teracher friends too.

The methods in Philippines elementary school based on questions, teachers accompany students' opinions with questions so they can find the right answers based on their own thoughts. This is certainly very influential in the results of learning achievement of students later, because it makes students become more active and independent. also the teacher gives reinvorment to the results of student achievement such as giving rewards, giving praise, and many other things. So we can conclude that the method used is student-centered. Learning Materials and Inovation Like other schools, The materials based on subject. Learn about new culture as Filipino

During one month living in the Philippines and interacting with the local people, me and many other participants of sea-theacher learned about the culture of Philippines, although we have not yet learned it all. From this program made by seameo, we understand that countries that are members of the United Nations active since 1945 are very concerned about many small things in their daily lives. Like some things I can mention on my site,   1. Buwan Ng Wika (The Month of Language) is a Filipino festival held during the month of August. This is the extended Sunday Language celebration which was extended on January 15, 1997 through Proclamation No. 1041 of former President Fidel V. Ramos. The Language Month is usually celebrated in schools. In this regard, many events are held to celebrate, such as the simultaneous pronunciation, poetry, slogan creation, essay recitation of poems, dancing of folk dancing and singing of folk songs. There is no single language spoken in the Philippin...
