Another excursion, lost in urdanetaaa!

The rainy season often hits the Philippines, causing some places become isolated and not eligible to visit. Like Baguio, the place that became our next excursion destination. However, it must be canceled for our safety. It is feared that during the rainy season access to baguio is often interrupted due with landslides. Well, we will plan to explore urdaneta. Hehe

Urdaneta is one of the regions in the Pangasinan province. this areas with bull as mascot we only visit traditional markets to look for souvenirs. Thank you to ading (sister) Geralyn Mae M. Frias for wanting and accompany our trip. We met many Muslim trader there. They greet us a lot, it really feels like in Indonesia. We bought Filipino shirts, typical Filipino food, and ate the most delicious food in the world, If you Filipinos, can u guess it? Yups manginasal. Manginasal is typical Filipino food. This grilled chicken that is secreted by secret sauce has become a prima donna for all Indonesian sea-teacher batch 6, hihi. For those of you who will bw the participant in the next batch, you must try it! Shh, don't forget to order unlimited rice, hehe.

Teaching Practice

Procedures of Teaching asking pupils In the beginning, I will aks pupils to do singing or doing a clap for make them enjoy in the learning, and then I will review the lesson to makae sure pupils understanding their lesson on last meeting . After that, I will give some motivation to pupils, like give them pictures or something interesting to make pupils curiously. And after that teacher will do question-answering until pupils understand and they can guess topic of lesson. The pupils will not immediately be able to guess the topic of learning, so teacher should be repeat the questions, but the questions i t should be from the others objects. Then I will ask to pupils to give some others example, if their can give others example it indicates that they have begun to understand. In the learning I will give a pray them “very good” accourding to the situation. In the end of lesson, I give a worksheet as an evaluation. Days in dormitory

Being an overseas people is a new experience for some of us. Becoming more independent is a necessity for us to not just survive but also do and become an innovator. We are very happy that seameo is present, make us more strong. How not, besides we have to get used to managing everything independently, we also have to adapt the environment quickly, whoa..  something that is quite difficult to expect in first week I arrived in the Philippines as a spoiled child like me. Learn about new culture as Filipino

During one month living in the Philippines and interacting with the local people, me and many other participants of sea-theacher learned about the culture of Philippines, although we have not yet learned it all. From this program made by seameo, we understand that countries that are members of the United Nations active since 1945 are very concerned about many small things in their daily lives.
