The progress of a nation is determined by the quality of human resources, especially in education sector. Therefore, the role of education is very important to create a smart, peaceful, open minded and democratic society, so that way education transformation must always be realized to improve the quality of a nation. All countries placed education as something important in the development of nations and countries such as countries in Southeast Asia. As like South East Asian Teacher (SEA-Teacher) program by the South East Asian Ministry of Education (SEAMEO). SeaTeacher focuses on revitalizing teacher education building and strengthening teacher capacity in the region.

Gorontalo, is one of 34 provinces in Indonesia that has the opportunity to develop the basic abilities of student teacher by sending student teacher from Gorontalo State University to the Sea-Teacher program. A great pride for me and my family to join this program. Not only had the opportunity to develop skills in teaching and English skill, this program led me to the opportunity to learn various cultures from various countries so as to have a broad view of the diversity of Asian landmarks.

Before coming to the Pangasinan University, Philippines. our campus forged me by practicing my basic teaching skills, and public speaking skills. I also got basic knowledge about the Philippines from several lecturers from Gorontalo State University such as Basri Amin, Mohamad Sarlin, Samsi Pomalingo, Masrid Pikoli, Muziatun Mukadji and many others. So I was able to find out a description of the story of Sulu Zone, Mindanau, Rodrigo duterte's track record and several other things.

My new friend from the campus I headed also gave me a lot of cultural knowledge, Geralyn Mae Frias. She is BEE President and YEC President on the campus that I was going to go. In this blog I am so grateful for the way God invited me to participate in this program, meeting many people who have the potential to increase my abilities and increase my knowledge at the international level.

Teaching Practice

Procedures of Teaching asking pupils In the beginning, I will aks pupils to do singing or doing a clap for make them enjoy in the learning, and then I will review the lesson to makae sure pupils understanding their lesson on last meeting . After that, I will give some motivation to pupils, like give them pictures or something interesting to make pupils curiously. And after that teacher will do question-answering until pupils understand and they can guess topic of lesson. The pupils will not immediately be able to guess the topic of learning, so teacher should be repeat the questions, but the questions i t should be from the others objects. Then I will ask to pupils to give some others example, if their can give others example it indicates that they have begun to understand. In the learning I will give a pray them “very good” accourding to the situation. In the end of lesson, I give a worksheet as an evaluation.
